How can I register with you?

Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?
At your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a medical history form. This information helps us tailor your dental care to your individual needs.
To assist us in providing the best possible care, we kindly ask that you bring a list of any current medications you are taking.
If you are exempt from NHS dental charges or are entitled to reduced treatment costs, please bring the relevant documentation to your appointment. This ensures we can process the correct paperwork promptly and avoid any issues later on.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call the practice at 08:00 for same-day emergency appointments. For out-of-hours emergencies, dial NHS 24 on 111.
Are your premises accessible?
Yes, our practice is fully accessible, including ramp access and disabled facilities.
Do you provide interpreter services?
Yes, interpreters can be arranged upon request.
How much will my treatment cost ?
We provide all patients with a written estimate for any proposed treatment following their check-up appointment.
At present, NHS dental examinations are free of charge. However, it is standard practice to take dental X-rays during initial examinations and at clinically appropriate intervals, based on each patient’s oral health needs. Please note that X-rays incur a small additional charge under NHS treatment.
